The brave staff

Created by athletes, for athletes, BPA uses their expertise in the sports, legal and marketing world to help our athletes maximize their NIL.

Why We Created the Brave Performance Agency

At Brave Performance Agency we combine each of our unique backgrounds to provide the best service for our athletes. Founding Partner Cole Way played Division I football at the University of Tulsa. After his football career Cole was drafted by the Kansas City Royals where he played professional baseball for four years.

Founding Partner Chris Hart runs several successful companies. Chris has created a coaching curriculum that he has perfected throughout the last five years. Chris has worked with politicians, billionaires, and business owners from all over the country. Chris provides the same goal-setting and character building coaching sessions to our athletes that he provides to highly successful individuals.
